Google Stadia has been deciding to launch its free tier, in addition to a player limit and YouTube streaming, followed by code discovered in the video game streaming service’s version 2.7 update.

Two tiers service has been promised by Google Stadia. It was launched in November last year and Stadia Pro was offered at USD 10 per month, followed by the release of the Stadia Controller. It is still not decided that when the free Stadia Base tier will be introduced.

“The Google Stadia app is preparing to launch Stadia Base within the year. Currently, people can only sign up for the service through a code received when purchasing the Founder’s Edition or Premiere Edition, or from a gifted Buddy Pass. A string in the new update, however, reveals an upcoming option to sign up without paid code,” according to 9to5Google.

Stadia Base members will be getting a free one month trial for Stadia Pro, as revealed by the code in Google Stadia update.

Significant spike in players is expected by Google Stadia once the Stadia Base is introduced. Number of free accounts registered in an area will be limited in order to prevent the influx of players from affecting Stadia Pro members.  Warning will be given to the users that “Sorry, Stadia is full in your area,” and “there will be limited number of accounts in order to provide the best game quality for everyone.

“We have hit that limit, but we are working hard to build additional room in the Stadia cloud so more people can enjoy the same high-quality game performance,” said by the sources.

“Another new feature hinted at in the app is the long-promised ability to live-stream games directly from Stadia to YouTube, something Google has been showcasing as a major feature for Stadia since it was first announced. New strings foe buttons and menus related to starting, managing, and stopping YouTube live streams were spotted in the latest app, implying that the feature could be rolling out soon,” said by the sources.
